The mountain lodge parties
During the mountain lodge parties, six gourmet chefs and the #YoungChefsPaznaun take responsibility for a lodge each, presenting a special summer dish made from high-quality, regional ingredients. These culinary creations are available all summer long in the respective lodges — a true delight!
Hermann Huber will showcase his dish "Cheese Fondue Pralines – Wild Herbs | Gherkins | Onion | Horseradish | Potato" at the hut festival on Sunday, 7 July at Faulbrunn Alm.
On Saturday, 27 July, the #YoungChefsPaznaun – Christopher Fritz, Thomas Sieberer, Hermann and Martin Zangerl – will offer "Apricot Dumplings – Apricot Sorbet | Salted Caramel" at Friedrichshafener Hütte.
The #YoungChefsPaznaun – Dominik Ojster, Michael Bachler, and Michael Sieberer – will present "Spinach Wheel on Mushroom Goulash" on Sunday, 25 August at Jamtalhütte.
