We serve real and authentic regional dishes. We have stayed true to the motto of ‘straight from the farm to the kitchen’ as we have made our regional identity the focus in choosing our ingredients for as long as we can remember.
We therefore attach great importance to the use of regional produce, which we obtain largely from our local Paznaun farmers. Our meat, as well as yoghurt, cheese and butter are sourced from the region.
