'Griaß enk' (tyrolean 'hello') - we are Michelle, Michaela and Roland - together with our great kitchen and service team we cook traditional-modern, vegetarian and varied with different theme evenings - from fondue, Mediterranean to Austrian evening. So there is something for everyone and of course everything is prepared with lots of love! :)
As in every family, everyone in our family has their own speciality, their passion, topics that we are passionate about. Papa Roland and our Alpvita kitchen team, consisting of Alex, Zeljko and Jaro, create wonderful dishes for you every evening in our restaurant.
Graduate sommelier Michelle and her service team, consisting of mum Michaela, Petra, Elena, Meike and Nils, will be happy to advise you personally to find the perfect wine. And so that we don't have to say goodbye again straight away, we will also be happy to guide you through our cocktail menu. :)
