TEMPORARY CHANGE OF CANCELLATION CONDITIONS DUE TO COVID-19
Due to the current situation, we have decided to change our cancellation conditions for the time being.
Therefore, for the winter 2020/2021 a free cancellation will be possible up to 7 days before your arrival. A cancellation must be made in writing, only then is a cancellation valid.
In the event of a travel warning for Tyrol - FREE rebooking possible up to 1 day before arrival!
Our house is situated about 5 km outside from Ischgl in the small village Valzur. The ski bus keeps direct before the house and brings our guests every 10 minutes free of charge and directly before the cableways in Ischgl. The local part Valzur belongs to Ischgl therefore our guests keep the VIP-skipass (about 30 % more favourably) from ISCHGL/SAMNAUN.

Our apartments all have 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, cozy living room with seating area, telephone, radio, cable TV, WiFi and balcony, as well as a kitchenette with 2 ring hob, microwave oven and dishwasher.
We are happy to deliver fresh bread to you in the morning!

Our house has a cozy little sauna with a relaxation room and water beds. Use of the wellness facility is included in the price. Sauna times: Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday closed.
