In addition to the tasks of a cable car technician, you can also expect
exciting electrical engineering work,

Low-voltage sector. The training to become an electrical engineer (plant and operations engineering) further deepens knowledge of electric motors, control systems, installations and automation technology.
The apprenticeship follows the dual training principle. The classroom-based training takes place annually in two-month blocks at the LBS Hallein vocational school in Salzburg. It is recognized throughout Europe as a state-of-the-art center of excellence for this type of training.
We generally recommend the dual apprenticeship with the additional apprenticeship qualification in the field of electrical engineering.
