Backoffice Restaurant Assistent (m/w/d)

Morning: 9-11 a.m.

• Putting away goods delivered in cooperation with a colleague
• Cleaning the restaurant floor (vacuuming and damp mopping)
• Bring the beverage container to the restaurant
• Help with small tasks when needed

Evenings: 5-11 pm

• Working in the bar area (back office) - this includes:
• Operating the dumbwaiter (removing the food and preparing it for service, collecting and sending up the empty dirty plates and dirty cutlery with the dumbwaiter)
• Hot Stone Management
• Refilling the salad buffet
• Wash and put away glasses
• Keeping the workplace clean
• Taking out the trash at the end of the workday

• Cleanliness, accuracy, reliability and punctuality
• independent work using common sense
• Careful handling of work equipment, cleaning agents, dishes and machines
• well-groomed and tidy appearance
• Helpfulness, friendliness and teamwork
• You work with structure and plan
• You are willing to be shown things, you can correctly implement instructions, and you complete your work quickly and reliably.
• You keep a cool head even during busy periods and can step up your game when necessary.
• German language skills would be nice; if not German, then at least very good English.
• Prior experience in the catering industry would of course be an advantage.

• fair pay (approx. 2000 - 2100 net per pm + approx. 300 per pm statutory special payments)
