There are six stations to grab some food to refuel your energies during the Ischgl Ironbike.
Provision at the Ischgl Ironbike caters to the needs of mountain bikers: it is light food but full of energy which can be eaten quickly. We provide GATORADE products, water, soft drinks, fruit, sweets and more.
- 1) Lareinalpe (circular trail 1) at kilometre 10 at 1,600 metres above sea level
- 2) Tschamatschplatte (circular trails 2 and 3) at kilometre 26 at 1,500 metres above sea level = FZ/TAZ
- 3) ONLY FZ/TAZ: Idalpe (circular trails 2 and 3) at kilometre 35 at 2,300 metres above sea level
- 4) at the branching of the 2nd/3rd Runde circular trails at kilometre 36 at 2,500 metres above sea level = FZ/TAZ
- 5) Samnaun Dorf (circular trail 3) at kilometre 57 at 1,860 metres above sea level = FZ/TAZ
- 6) Zollhütte Zeblasjoch (circular trail 3) at kilometre 63 at 2,651 metres above sea level = FZ/TAZ
- 7) refreshments at the finishing line
