The Friedrichshafener Huette Chalet is open from mid-June to the end of September. The chalet lies at a beautiful lake, home to impressively big trout. Set out on a hiking or mountain bike tour and stay overnight close to the stars!
Set out on a marvellous hike to the solitary Friedrichshafener Huette Chalet - on the shore of a lake on the Muttenalpe Alpine pasture, 2,151 metres above sea level. From Ischgl head north-east through deep forests and lush pastures, until steep serpentines lead you to the chalet.
The 2.5-hour hike is easily feasible. Once you have reached the destination of your hiking tour you will be rewarded by a unique view of the Silvretta range and the Fluchthorn mountain. Leave daily life behind and treat yourself to some relaxation in the solitude and tranquillity of the chalet.
Why not stick your feet into the refreshing water of the little lake before continuing your hike or descending into the valley again?
Hiking tours with overnight stay
Set out on a hiking tour lasting two days continuing your hike from the Friedrichshafener Huette Chalet to the Heilbronner Huette Chalet and the Wormser Huette mountain hut.
It is possible to spend the night at the Friedrichshafener Huette Chalet and to return to Ischgl the next day.
