- Preparation of all breakfast dishes for our restaurant area
- Preparation of egg dishes
- Acceptance and control of deliveries in the absence of supervisors
- Shared responsibility for smooth processes in the kitchen
- Support of the kitchen brigade with all arising tasks
- Cleaning of work equipment
- Compliance with all health and hygiene standards (HACCP)
