Hard alternative – 37.9 km | 1,727 m total meters uphill | 1,498 m total meters downhill

The "Hard Alternative"-route is the replacement route, if the Original-Hard-Route cannot be staged. This will however, be communicated beforehand by the OK-Team.

TIME LIMITS:

  • Time Limit 1 – Heidelberger hut: 10.15 a.m.
  • Time Limit 2 – Jamtal hut: 13.30 p.m.
  • Last finish – 3:30 p.m.

The time limits were introduced as a result of the experiences gained from previous events. These limits serve not only the entrants' safety, but also that of the safety attendants along the route! The organising team reserves the right to change the time limits at any time before or during the race or to introduce an additional time limit. Should it not be possible to stage the Original-Hard-Route, the Hard-Alternativ-Route will be run. Any time limits will be announced by the organising team. Observing the time limit is a component of the regulations!
