Dexterity and balance, obstacles and braking manoeuvres, switchbacks and turns – the 15 stations and obstacle courses at Ischgl Trailground make for rapid mountain biking progress. The individual practice stations contain detailed information about the correct courses of motion. Photographs show you how pro bikers move their mountain bikes in each situation.
You can improve your feel for the bike at the riding technique park in Ischgl. On the well designed training route, you’ll learn how to best react in certain situations on the bike. On your next freeride on a single trail in Ischgl, you’ll already notice how much easier and more confidently you can negotiate numerous skills. In addition, you’ll be able to master more difficult trails and experience more bike action as a result.
The Ischgl Bike Academy offers riding technique seminars at the Ischgl Bike Park. Together with an experienced bike trainer, you will quickly learn how you should react in individual situations. You’ll have to dismount your bike less often thanks to the valuable tips & tricks. If you have less experience on the terrain, a beginner’s course on level ground is the fastest ticket to mountain biking enjoyment.

The bike park is located only a few minutes by car from Ischgl, right on the bike tour to Galtür. You can use the obstacle courses at Ischgl Trailground from mid-June to the beginning of October for free and at your own risk.
